I've had Panic attacks for about 15 years. I used to get them a lot when I went shopping and quite often I would leave the shopping in the supermarket with the trolley and walk out. I used to feel suffocated in shops and places, whereas now it just doesn't bother me, I don't even think about it. |
Massive reduction in pain after surgery using VRT

I had an operation for a herniated disc in my lower back. After surgery I was as expected, in very uncomfortable pain. As we went through the session of VRT I could actually feel the pain changing which I found astounding as was sceptical at the beginning. After the session finished I didn't have to take my pain killers again, I'm still amazed at how smooth it was and how quick the pain was addressed. |

Running a business I get a lot of pressure and stress from different angles and that would have a knock on effects and would also stir up stuff from my past, having had a bit of a traumatic childhood. It was great to work on a much deeper level. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly things were resolved; in each session we had there was some fairly major stuff that we were working on and the results seemed pretty instant, it was fantastic. |

My sessions involved lifelong feelings of abandonment, hurt, sorrow, neglect and something terrifyingly horrid that happened to me when younger and how memories of it caused me to act improperly in life. With this came a lack of trust and most destructively the way I felt and saw myself as “less” of a person far too worthless to deserved to be liked or loved.

The memory we worked on which was very emotionally charged, started to change and the relief I felt was amazing. Since then I have had another session which was even better than the first, I have been using the skills I was taught often if things crop up. First full nights sleep for about 8 years
My meeting with bfbh was short, but the result for me was amazing. We only spent a short time dealing with problems I have carried for the last 10 years and I was very hesitant to begin with, but I never felt pressed or pressured to divulge any more information than I was comfortable with at any time, and this was reassuring throughout the process.

The session lasted around two hours and although quite painful and upsetting at first, I am now able to think about this event and the time it happened with no painful memories and I know that I am now free of any emotional turmoil these events created.

Can now drink properly after more than 6 years of throat problems
