If the answer is yes, I do want to feel happy or happier then you've come to the right place read on....
You are free to choose to be happy
You are free to choose anything you want to feel
You are free to choose
You are free to be happy
No one can stop you
It is your choice
No one or no thing makes you feel unhappy
No one can reach into you body or mind and flick a switch that determines how you feel
You are in control of your thoughts and your feelings
You decide on what is good what is bad or what does not matter either way (neutral)
So why choose anything else other than happiness?
Yes you can say this happened that happened and they said this they said that but ultimately what does that matter your reaction is still your choice
So no matter what happens you are the creator of your perception of your experience so choose the most happiest interpretation of that experience
It is up to you to create your life and how you perceive your life
Life does not happen to you
Life happens for you
Some people are very good at seeing the good in everything
Others need time and practice
And some choose not to experience a happy life and that's ok too

Here are one or two amazing gifts that are so easy to learn that I wish to share with you
You can simply say...thank you for every experience and be grateful for everything that arises....some people use the Hawaiian technique from "Dr hew Len"1 which is saying thank you I love you...to everything thing place person situation.
Do not underestimate the power of gratitude the power of these words this vibration is so pure and so transformational I guarantee if you do it and experience the benefits you will be amazed!!!
Other techniques for example the tapping techniques which are amazing FasterEFT,EFT,VRT... I have used and do practice these techniques.
I am sure there are others out there but I speak only of what I have experienced.
All these things are designed to bring us back into a state of alignment, greater awareness, balance, peace, oneness etccc.... And this is what I have experienced after practicing on myself before using them with clients.
And I can say is with this practice the more i did this the more I felt naturally in a vibrationally state of happiness....things got easier and you are in the flow of your life...and you realise much quicker when you are not and then you can choose what to do to get you back into that flow...you know when you are in your flow because this is when you are happy and relaxed and you feel the freeness of ease as you move through your day.
"Remember choices give you freedom"
If you do not like the way you are feeling choose to a different feeling
If you feel stuck in a certain way of feeling that is an indication you are stuck in a certain way of thinking... Change your thinking change your feeling..it is as easy as that
If you do not believe me then change that thought...you may be thinking is this true or is this possible but what have you got to lose have a go a see how you feel?...

When you feel upset or in a bad mood...tap on the are points in between your eyebrows and say thank you I love...tap at the side of the eye and say thank you I love you,.. Tap underneath the eye and say thank you I love you...tap underneath your collarbone and say thank you I love you... Grab your wrist give it a squeeze take a deep breath in and out and say peace or relax. ( I will insert a diagram below with examples of alternative words like let it go or set it free can be used)
Close your eyes think of something some place some person that you love think of the sun sea sand or chocolate ice cream or your dream car.... Imagine your right there feel it sense it breath it in.... Open your eyes
How do you feel?...better?...a little?....or a lot?
If it is a little then do not worry as you can keep going...keep tapping and repeating the system over and over again, as persistent is key...remember you are re-learning how to feel happy again.
Your happiness is always there, always present it just buried under a pile of old stuff you don't need anymore...and with learning anything you have to start somewhere like learning to walk (to shuffle, crawl, walk, run, jump, dance etcc)...so give yourself time to learn and practice this tapping technique till you go from feeling a little better to feeling a lot better...shuffling on your bottom to jumping around dancing with happiness.
And another note to remember is this..."You" just changed the way you felt!!!...
You have the power to change your thoughts your feelings your outlook, your mood your perception, perspectives, direction, you beliefs about this moment, your day, your week, your life, your future.. And yes it is that easy...and yes "you" are that powerful.
And ok yes I guided you through the technique, but we all have to start somewhere..the fact is that you did it...you changed how you felt from this to this so congratulate yourself you are the master of your own mind, thoughts, feelings, creation...well done!.....

"How do I know when to tap"?
Goooood question...
So ask yourself this question...
"How do you know you have a problem"?
Answer is usually because I feel upset or hurt or angry or you can't stop thinking about the situation, what you said what they said etcccc
Well notice how you feeeeel...can tap literally tap on anything you want...you cannot and will not get anything wrong you can only get this right no matter how much you try to do it wrong it can only ever be right...because if you tap on feeling that you don't like and that is what is causing the discomfort and the reason why you cannot seem to feel you can choose happiness in that moment then that is a clear sign something is up.
we cannot make it worse well you can try but as soon as you tap it will and can only get better, as we tap on the points which are specific meridian points connected with the body/mind we sometimes might feel emotional before it feels better but this is very normal way the body cleaning and releasing system works and is a positive sign that you have released old unhappy patterning.
Also you may just feel instantly happy and better and of course this is a good sign too!
We all have thousands of thoughts every second of every day but it's the one that do not "feel" good to "you" these are the ones that are looking to get your attention...notice these and the acknowledge the feelings as these are the ones that are most beneficial to use techniques of tapping on...but you can always tap on something if your not sure, this will also just help to give you more clarity

sure,numb...ETCCC.... anything other than joyful peaceful, relaxed, happy, loving, calm and all the other nice feeling which is actually your body/minds natural state..then what is happening is your emotional guidance system is giving you a nudge or in some cases an alarm bell is being created to get your attention...so tap tap tap until you feel better until you feel in control of your own thoughts your own feelings until that frown has been turned upside down.
You have everything you need to know inside of you are you more powerful than you realise...all you have to do is claim that power listen your inner guidance it is always talking to you...it loves you, you love you, I love you.... PEACE
