Massive reduction in pain after surgery using VRT (Visual release tap)
I had an operation for a herniated disc in my lower back and it was causing incredible pain down both legs. After surgery, as expected I was in very uncomfortable pain and had to take my prescribed pain killers 4 times a day which made it little more comfortable but was still very painful.
As we went through the session of VRT I could actually feel the pain changing which I found astounding as was sceptical at the beginning. |

After
the session finished the pain was pretty much gone and it didn't come back. If I leant too much or over stretched I was always aware that I need to be careful but not the pain like it used to be.
Before the session sitting down, and standing up or just getting comfortable was difficult because the pain was there all the time and was very noticeable, after the session it went!!!
I didn't have to take my pain killers again and I'm still amazed at how smooth it was and how quick the pain was addressed.
