I was absolutely amazed at how quickly things were resolved

Running a business I get a lot of pressure and stress from different angles and that would have a knock on effects and would also stir up stuff from my past really, having had a bit of a traumatic childhood.

It was great to work on a much deeper level. I was absolutely amazed at how quickly things were resolved; in each session we had there was some fairly major stuff that we were working on and the results seemed pretty instant, it was fantastic.
One of the key things also is in those moments when the stress is really kicking in and you don’t know which way to turn some of the techniques you showed me which I implemented there and then were just amazing with really rapid results which is great especially when I'm in a tight fix and need a quick sort out.

As well as a business and family behind the scenes there’s so many responsibilities, and that’s one of my big ones which is the feeling of big responsibility so to manage that much better is a revelation really.

I also wanted to say that the support that you’ve provided in that has been just amazing as well, It’s great to have someone there who when you’re having a tricky time just being there to offer support and help and I don’t know if you do this for everyone but just a text or a phone call to see how I’m getting on. That’s what makes such a significant difference between what you offer and a lot of the other therapies I’ve had.
